Who should register for an account?
Anyone interested in receiving support from SphereNix should register for an account. This allows you to do one or all of the following:
- Submit a ticket for Remote Support
- Submit a ticket for computer drop off and pickup
- Submit a ticket for shipping your computer
What is the process to register for an account?
Registering for an account is simple. Follow these steps and you'll be on your way to submitting requests for us to assist you:
- Click here to visit the registration page. You should see a page like this:
- Fill out the details of that page and once completed, hit the Register button. You'll see a confirmation page like this one:
- As the confirmation page states, you'll receive an email confirmation with an activation link. You'll follow the link to verify your registration. Once that is done, you'll be able to login with the credentials you specified when you registered and create a ticket in the appropriate department.
